Kristian has been in the healthcare industry for over 15 years starting in the hospitals and in the last 5 years being in skilled nursing. She is finishing her Master of Healthcare Administration at Texas Tech Health Science Center in May of 2023.

Kesha grew up in Louisiana and moved her healthcare career to Texas in the summer of 2022. She has been a licensed vocational nurse for over 14 years with experience in hospice, home health, and skilled nursing services. She obtained her degree from Sowela Community College in 2007 in Louisiana.

Cylithian has been with Winchester since 2006, giving her an incredible nearly 18 years with the community. She started as a CNA and worked in various departments throughout her tenured career. She loves working with families to make the transition easy for their loved one.

As the Human Resources Director, the Lev at Winchester Shawanda’s focus is to promote and sustain positive relationships by balancing the needs of the community and of the employees. Shawanda makes sure that employees are following local, state, and federal employment laws and regulation.

Chilibra Patterson-Peters is a Registered Occupational Therapist and the Rehabilitation Director at the Lev at Winchester. She has over 23 years of clinical and professional experience as an Occupational Therapist and over 10 years of management experience.
